Q: Where Is This Event Located?
The 2014 Fitness Minimalism Retreat is being held in rural Cammal Pennsylvania, an utterly gorgeous and serene mountain town (about a two hour drive from Philadelphia and New York City).
Specifically, it will be held at the Yoga Studio and Inn at Cammal. You will receive exact directions and a full logistics sheet once you register. The drive is very easy.
Q: When Does the Retreat Start? When Does It End?
Check-in for the retreat is between 3-5pm on Friday, January 17th, and the latest check-out time will be noon on Monday the 20th.
For VIP members, we expect you to arrive promptly at 8am on Friday, and will be wasting no time getting started on helping you grow your business.
Q: Do I Have to Be a Professional To Attend? Do I Have to be a Certain “Skill-Level?”
No and no. We accept all levels of fitness and experience. All that we require is an open mind, and the willingness to learn and participate to your full ability.
